About
The William Peace University Athletic Communications Office promotes and publicizes the University's 18 NCAA Division III varsity programs through strategic storytelling, media relations, statistics, photography, videography, social media and digital content.
The office serves as the primary communications resource for William Peace Athletics, connecting student-athletes, coaches, alumni, fans and members of the media through timely coverage of athletic events and accomplishments.
Key responsibilities include game-day statistics, website management, news releases and feature stories, photography, graphic design, live-streaming support, conference and NCAA reporting, historical records, awards nominations, interview coordination and digital content across William Peace Athletics' communication platforms.

Media & Credential Requests
All media inquiries and interview requests involving William Peace University coaches and student-athletes must be coordinated through Carly Vadinsky, Director of Athletic Communications (cevadinsky@peace.edu).
Media members, including freelance and independent photographers and videographers, requesting access to cover a William Peace home athletic event must submit a credential request in advance. Submission of a request does not guarantee a credential or access. All requests are subject to review and approval by the William Peace University Athletic Communications Office.
Approved media members must check in with Carly Vadinsky or Gillian Faski upon arrival to receive their credential before accessing designated media, field or court areas. Credentials must be displayed while in restricted areas. Individuals accessing restricted areas without an approved credential will be asked to leave the area.
