FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – William Peace women's soccer wrapped up its road slate Saturday afternoon with a 3-1 loss to Methodist at Duggins Soccer Stadium.
After falling behind 1-0 midway through the first half, the Pacers found their rhythm in the second as Mia Rumachik scored a goal in the 73rd minute to put Peace on the board.
Goalkeeper Gaby Vazquez finished the day with five saves in 90 minutes of play. Savanna Berckmiller and Samantha Fore each recorded a shot, while Rumachik led the team with two shots on goal.
The Pacers close out the regular season next week as they return home for their season finale against Meredith on Wednesday, October 29th at 6 PM.
