RALEIGH, NC -- William Peace University women's soccer opened the regular season with a 5-0 win over Warren Wilson.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Pacers would get on the board just under a minute into the game as
Mia Rumachik would find the back of the net, assisted by
Kayla Johnson. The Pacers would continue to put on the pressure, and a goal from
Courtney Arnold at 31:17, assisted by
Emma Mayer, would put them up 2-0.
In the second half, Rumachik would add her second goal, again assisted by Johnson for a 3-0 lead, before a goal from
Emma Avery, assisted by Rumachik, would put the Pacers up 4-0. In the final minutes,
Lyndsey Knox would give the Pacers a 5-0 lead, assisted by Arnold, to help secure the 5-0 win.
