The Basics:

How it Happened:

• The Mariners would come out firing as Kyle Buser won the faceoff and would immediately test Nick Shelton and force him to make a save with a shot from long range.

• A minute later the Mariners would get on the board as Jackson Misner would rip a shot through traffic for an early 1-0 lead.

• The Pacers would answer back as Dalton Alright would find the back of the net after a great defensive play from Nick Falso.

• With the game tied at 1-1 the tides would turn and the Mariners would score 9 unanswered goals to give them a 10-1 lead with under 10 minutes left in the 2nd quarter.

• Brewer Warlick would take advantage of a man up opportunity to give the Pacers their second goal of the evening. Walker Rice would follow as he he would beat the goalie far post on a great individual play.

• The Mariners would not slow down and add three quick goals right before the half to give them a 14-3 lead heading into halftime.

• To start the third quarter the Mariners would pick up right where they left off and score an early goal to add to their lead.

• Dalton Albright would add two of his four  goals in the third quarter as the Pacers would trail 17-6 heading into the last quarter of play.

• With the Mariners in control of the game the fourth quarter would  only see four goals scored between the two teams.Dalton Albright and Riely Murray would score the two Pacer goals in the quarter.

• Ian McClintock would add the last goal of the game for the Mariners as they capped off a 19-8 win.
