CARY, NC – The William Peace University women's soccer team was back in action Friday night, where the Pacers fell to Ferrum College by a final score of 2-0.

WPU (2-11-1, 1-7 USAS) held off the Panther's potent attack for most of the night but were unable to capitalize on any goal scoring opportunities. Chloe Hudson found Payton Stuart in the seventh minute to put Ferrum (8-5, 6-2 USAS) on the board. Chantavy Crespin added an unassisted goal in the 58th.

The Pacers look to bounce back this Sunday at 12:00 p.m. when they host Mary Baldwin.
